Order of top/under deck for Threshing Floor/Throne

Both Threshing Floor and LoC Throne say to "...topdeck or underdeck the rest."  Is this an instance where the player chooses the order the cards are top/under decked?

No. Cards need to say "in any order" or "in an order they choose" or something similar to change the order.

So for example, if I reveal 5 cards with one of those abilities and take 1, can I then choose to say topdeck 2 and underdeck 2? Or must I topdeck or underdeck them all together?

777Godspeed is correct. "Topdeck and/or underdeck the rest" is the wording we use to allow you to split them up.

Correct if I'm wrong, but this is also a wording in which you can choose the order. Technically I suppose you could be required to maintain the order of the ones you topdeck and/or underdeck, but that seems like too much work and it would mean everyone plays Divination wrong.

Divination includes the phrase "in any order", so it's safe. AFAIK, "in any order" is always the requirement to change the order, so there are "topdeck and/or underdeck" cards that do require you to maintain the order.
