ok, not in game anymore... but some other questions arose.

ok, so suppose that I have Babylonian Banquet Hall and no other sites out. can I put in a random lost soul AND  a Site Doubler? because "This Site may hold one Lost Soul for each Babylonian Site in play." does not allow for any more then the amount (i.e. ONLY one Lost Soul)... this is where the dispute came...

is Saul a roman?

I have Holy Grail, which can only be used twice per game. does it automatically discard itself after it's been used? (i.e. can I Uzzah it after the 2 times, since it doesn't say "discard")

Yes. Site doubler ignores number of souls allowed in a site BUT if you draw another Babylonian you can NOT add another because BBH has 2 ls in it.

Paul (who is Saul) stated he is a roman. So unless there is some ruling I missed he is.

Last I knew it did.

Moar questions plox!

Can Just a Hireling shuffle a Lost Soul from player A and player B?
Can I use attack my opponent and use MY Gates of Hell to add a Demon to my opponent's side of battle?
Are placed cards CBN? (I place Destructive Sin on Tribal Elder. Tribal Elder attacks me, what happens if Tribal Elder plays Abe's Servant?)

also, can Sauce use his Gates of Hell to add a Demon to his own rescue attempt (as a blocker)?

As far as I know, Just a Hireling can shuffle any 3 Lost Souls into their owner's deck(s).

BBH + Site Doubler, RR answered this correctly.

Saul/Paul = Roman, +1 RR again, yes he is.

Holy Grail discarded after 2nd use... +1 RR again.  All limited use Artifacts are discarded when their limited use is reached per the rules of the game.

Hirelings say what?  Broward is correct.  Hirelings target 3 LS and don't care who they belong to.

Is Gates a CTB card... NO, absolutely not.  A card must explicitely state that it is choosing the blocker to allow such an action.  Gates does not work in this manner.  There are already threads and rulings on this if you want to search them out.

Placed cards cannot be negated outside of the phase in which they are placed.

Lets say I have 3 Holy Grails in my deck. I use my first one twice, so it gets discarded. What happens to the other two? Can I still use them for Uzzah?

Yes, the other two are pretty much only good for Uzzah fodder since they won't be converting anyone.  Only the first one is discarded after it's used twice.

In fact if you used one of them one time.  Then for the 2nd conversion, you activated a different Holy Grail, it's my understanding that neither one would be discarded.  If that's the case then all three could be fed to Uzzah and his appetite for Artifacts.

This is not correct.  Placed card's abilities can be negated, just the placement cannot be negated after the first turn it is played.  Ruling is here.  IE. Covenant of Noah can negate Abom for a turn, etc.

Some artifacts, covenants, or curses have a limited number of times you can use them. When these come to an end, you must discard them immediately.*

Korunks, I think we're saying the same thing here.  I just didn't elaborate because I didn't think it was necessary.  When the question was asked about negating Destructive Sin with Abe's Servant, you're already past the point in the turn when you'd use Tribal Elder's banding ability, place Artifacts on your Temple or activate a Covenant.  I assumed he was trying to negate the placement of the card since negating the SA wouldn't really do anything.  The placement cannot be negated outside the phase it was placed according to the REG.*

The special ability “place” can be negated during the same game phase in which it is activated; it cannot be negated after that game phase is completed.  However, the special ability on the placed card can be negated unless specified otherwise.

*Linked to the REG/rulebook page for you.
