What is a "power enhancement?" Pretty sad question because I've been playing Redemption so long but I'm guessing it's multi enhancements?

It is a fully multicolored enhancement (so the rainbow in the brigade icon). It's been a long time since I've heard that terminology, where did you read/hear about it?

In the tourney guide on how we are supposed to order our decks. Trying to get my messed up decks in order!

The biggest thing to make sure is all your stuff of the same types/brigades are together, with Lost Souls and Dominants on top (and for T2, that good, evil and neutral are separate). If the different card types are not in the exact order as specified on the tourney guide, it shouldn't be an issue.
