Based on the ruling for Battle Prayer found here, if you are using the Women's version, then yes, you can. If, however you are using the H version, it specifies a good enhancement.

You can fetch an evil enhancement yes, but since the enhancement exchanges to battle and an evil enhancement cannot match a hero it is discarded with no effect.

Enhancements never take effect unless the character it is played on either has that brigade or has an ability that lets them use that brigade. If Evil Spawn reveals a non-orange enhancement you can add it to the battle but it will be discarded for no effect.

That has always been the case and likely will always be the case.
