I have always assumed that set asides can be played in or out of battle. Correct? Not?
What about place cards like Melchizedeks Blessing?

Any enhancement can always be played in territory or battle. Always.

This is incorrect. Only Territory Class Enhancements, Healing Enhancements and, Set-Aside Enhancements can be played outside of battle.

Agree with Red Wing.

Place cards must be played in battle (unless otherwise permitted by cards like High Places). Territory Class can be played in either. Set-asides can be played in either.
