I did start an FAQ thread awhile ago, hoping it would be noticed by someone with stickying power, and that might be a good place for it. The problem is, such a task would take awhile for one person to complete. Hopefully the new REG will have a place for recent rulings, but that is up to Tim and Mike. For now, the best option is to use the Search function, or if you can't find anything, then just repost the question and someone should be able to help you out.
