Not sure what B means, but I agree that it cannot negate ignore, or the immunity associated with ignore. Anything that specifically negates or is regardless of protection, immunity, or ignore
only affects those specifically-worded abilities.
Fun fact though: Ignore grants immunity to the ignored cards as well, but it is important to negate evil immunity first so that the battle-winning component of ignore works first
