If I have the new TEC LS and my opponent uses Meeting the Messiah to make me draw, does he have to discard from his territory? Also, if he uses Hypocrisy to return my heroes, does he have to discard?
LS:
"If opponent's special ability targets your hand, he must discard a card from his territory (not a Lost Soul)."
Hypocrisy:
"Return any number of Heroes to owners' hands."
