Title: Negating Unegatability

I have gotten mixed messages about this, from reliable sources.

Can a character's abilitty that says, "Enhancements used by this hero cannot be negated," be negated?

Anything that grants CBN or CBP is CBN

Also anything that grants CBI is CBN
Not to be confused with something that grants CBIg which CAN be negated. :P
