Negating Noah

Okay so here's the scenario my opponent plays Noah (You made Band to a flood Survivor. cannot be interrupted.)

He bands with shem and has Noah's wife active in territory. (Special abilities on Blue Genesis 6-10 cards cannot be prevented.)

I have the Forsaken Soul which states (negate opponents band abilities active.) This allows Noah's band ability to work. What if I put job's wife in battle (negate characters and enhancements).

Is Noah still able to band? I don't think he is because job's wife is negating Noah's wife and The Forsaken lost soul is preventing band abilities.

So Noah can band to Shem because Noah's Wife makes it CBP, so the Forsaken LS can't prevent if from happening.

Then once they are in battle Noah's CBI band has now triggered so Shem would stay in battle regardless of if you can negate Noah's Wife (because they are already in battle and Forsaken can't kick back in).

Also, Noah's Wife CBP modifier is inherently CBN so Job's Wife cannot negate that. She can negate the other part of Noah's Wife (discard an EE if you put a FS in play), but not the CBP modifier.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?
