Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Gray • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Return all Evil Enhancements except this one to holder's hand if Evil Character loses in battle. • Play As: If Evil Character loses in battle, return all enhancements played on Evil Character to hand except this one. • Identifiers: None • Verse: II Samuel 19:1-2 • Availability: Kings booster packs (Common)

Set Fire (Pi)

Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Crimson • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Place in a player’s territory. Each upkeep, that player must discard a single-color Site or O.T. Fortress from his territory or set-aside area. When none of those remain, discard this card. • Identifiers: None • Verse: II Kings 25:9 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Rare)

In battle an evil character with the ability to use enhancements from any brigade uses both Momentum Change and Set Fire then loses the battle. Does Set Fire get returned to hand?

Actually, I'm not sure about that. Momentum Change says all evil enhancements, not just ones played in battle or ones in the current battle. This leads me to believe that any in play enhancements that aren't somehow protected would be returned to their respective owners' hands, as per this quote from the REG: "If a card is returned to a hand other than its owner's hand, it is returned to its owner's hand instead."

The play as, which is actually an errata, implies that only the enhancements played on the evil character in battle (the one you play mc on) go back to hand. Regardless I also agree that set fire goes to hand.

That's not entirely true, otherwise cards like Angels Sword would never work.

Angel's Sword (Ki)

That's not actually an errata to Angel's Sword, per se. I think a ruling was made that conformed all "play first" abilities to "play an/play next" abilities.

Is there a list of all rulings that have been made some place? Not a 100 page forum but a condensed list.
There is an Unresolved Rulings Forum would be nice if there was a resolved one as well.

There is an Unresolved Rulings Forum would be nice if there was a resolved one as well.
A list of all rulings would be a bit rediculous.  For now we have:

The REG is going to have about 99% of all the rulings questions you could ask, if you know where to look. I only recently started studying it more thoroughly, and it's answered questions I've had for months. I encourage you to look around the REG or use the search function here on the forums.

That makes sense. Though I am still hesitant to throw out all play as that are erratas. Personally I think there is confusion amongst the PTB on what actually constitutes as a play as and what constitutes as an errata. It seems to me that they "errata" cards that they want to change because they are broken or something, and they use "play as" to clarify how a card should be played or how a card was intended to be played.

That's still not the case. I'm actually not sure what the story is behind all these odd "play as" lines are, but it's best to just disregard them, and certainly do not make rulings based on them. An official errata will be marked as an errata, not a play as.

In the Unresolved Rulings forum they post a date when a ruling gets resolved. Why would it be ridiculous to also post what the resolutions was?

Unfortunately it's really difficult to edit the REG.  Many cards have "Play As," which details what exactly the card is doing.  This comes from the rewording of old cards so that they actually do things.  Some Play As didn't do this, but rather changed how the card works.  This is an errata, and not true.

That thread is relatively recent, and it's simply not feasible to try to catalog every single ruling that comes through here. The REG will answer most of your questions if you're willing to put a few minutes into searching for your answer. If that fails, you can always post. In the meantime, the only person here who gets paid for working with Redemption is Rob Anderson, the founder of Cactus Game Designs. The rest of us (including us mods, the admins, and the Elders) are just volunteers, donating our time to make the community and the forums better. The REG (as far as I know) can only be edited by two people, and they are both grown adults who have responsibilities, so editing the glorified rulebook for a children's card game is justifiably low on their priority list, and even then, they manage to do a splendid job with it.
