No. ATC does not create a side-battle, it sets a battle aside and suspends it while creating a new battle. Currently all side-battles are Heroes fighting Heroes or EC's fighting EC's.

I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
