Here is the senario:

Card 1: blocks card 2's ability before its activated, says cannot be negated
Card 2's ability says cannot be negated. Which one wins?

Is this hypothetical, or is there really cards. Since if you used them it would be a lot clearer!

yeah its hypothetical, but i do beileve there are times that this ocours.

So a CBN(cannot be negated) Evil Character blocks a hero that negates all special abilities?

If so the Evil Character's ability still works.

Hero's ability: Negate and Discard an Evil Character. Cannot be negated.

Evil Character's ability: Protected from discard abilities. Cannot be negated.

In this scenario, even though the Hero ability cannot be negated, he cannot negate the EC and therefore cannot discard him.

Or the famous "Phineas vs. Philistine" battle: Phineas attacks, blocked by Fallen Warrior, Fallen Warrior plays Bringing Fear (A CBN-negate), then Fallen Warrior plays Wrath of Satan. Phineas can play Zeal For The Lord (in special initiative) to interrupt Wrath of Satan and discard Fallen Warrior.

CBN means CBN. Bringing Fear (even though it is a CBN) will never ever be able to negate a CBN enhancement like Zeal on Phineas.

There is no case of "first one winner" for CBN cards. CBN cards cannot ever be negated not even by other CBN cards. The order that the cards were played in makes no difference.
