There's a tournament going on right now, so a quick ruling is appreciated. If Nebuchaadnezzar has Swift Horses activated, which activates first, Neb's ability to search deck for a Crimson enhancement, or Swift Horse's interupt, draw, and play the next enhancement?

plus Nebby's ability cannot be Negated so it doesn't interrupt his ability

Just a clarification:

Character abilities other than banding and choose the blocker before weapon class enhancements.

Just a clarification:

Another Clarification, you can add a character to battle with Nebys ability before you draw the two cards.
