4-4. I draw lost souls and sog, opp has sog ready and plays it as soon as I put ls down not giving me time to play my ls and then sog.

How does this work?

Should sog be dropped before placing the ls?
Not quite a ghost...but not quite not.

You would get the first opportunity to respond to your draw.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

how are you playing sog on a ls in your territory?

I would say he wins because you can't play SoG on a lost soul in your territory.

I'm assuming the opponent had a LS out for RR to rescue.

Under that assumption, since both clearly have the intent to play SoG, I'd rule in RR's favor as the player doing the draw, agreeing with what jbeers said.
