No, because underdeck does not count as a shuffle ability.

I believe the only card that actually does currently protect from underdecking is Simon the Zealot (though I may be wrong).  As already stated by Red Wing, Naz most definitely doesn't protect from it.

Well, besides the obvious one of Thaddeus (though he only protects against those EC and enhancements played on them), there is the lesser known Standing in the Gap, which would protect you from all evil underdecking abilities.
