Why? I agree that this should most likely be the ruling, just not sure how it fits into the current definition.
Because Moses' Parents is a character now?
Because an enhancement can't give NoN to multiple characters unless it names multiple characters? (Ruth Meets Boaz, Gabriel Meets Zecharias, etc.)

Just trying to figure out where the line is - all of the above enhancements refer to people/groups but use a unique character's name to do so. AFAIK, the first 3 get NoN - the last 2 which require more work are closer to this question, so I'm unsure.
