Well, they are improving the hero brigades seemingly one by one, so I would think that upon completion of the hero brigades, they'd move onto the evil brigades. In that line of thinking, the game is improving, slowly but surely, one brigade at a time. Plus, good always wins in the end
No, you can block... just not against Teal, Green, TGT, and Purple.
