Does this ability protect the card's protection from being interrupted or negate by an opponents cards?

Birth Foretold (Di)
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Silver • Ability: 1 / 4 • Class: Territory • Special Ability: Search deck for Isaac, Samson, John the Baptist, or Son of God. Protect cards with those titles from opponents' cards this turn. •
Example:  Could a the Rabshakeh with 2kh interrupt the protection and harm Isaac, Samson or John the Baptist.

Caesarea Philippi (Di)
Type: Site • Brigade: Red • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Protect N.T. human Evil Characters in your territory from capture and discard abilities on opponents' cards. Protect N.T. Sites in your territory from opponents' cards. •

Example: Could the Centurion at Capernaum negate any special abilities on N.T. sites?

Assuming Birth Foretold is played in territory before the battle, then no. If it is played in battle somehow, then yes it could be interrupted.

The Centurion at Capernaum would negate special abilities on all sites. Protection can be negated.
