Peter's Curse

Peter's Curse (enh): "Place on a Hero or good Fortress: Negate that card's special ability. When you play a good Dominant, discard this Curse. Cannot be negated."

Fishing Boat (ft): "Set this aside. Each upkeep, you may place a Hero from here beneath your deck to draw X or to give your disciples access to all Sites this turn."

Can Peter's Curse work on Fishing Boat?

I would think not because Fishing Boat is in your set-aside area.

To give a more thorough explanation, Peter's Curse cannot target fishing boat because it doesn't specify set-aside, and the targeting of all cards defaults to in play.

To my (small) knowledge, the only card that can target NT set aside fortresses is ANB

I think technically Prince of the Air can target Chamber of Angels (although I'm not entirely sure due to some discussions).

Set fire is the only card I think that can target set aside fortresses , trust me I used it against a job deck. I like using Darius' decree to target the disciples in fishing boat since fishing boat isn't a protect fortress
