During a game I use Samaritan Water Jar 3 times to set aside cards from my opponents deck leaving three groups of cards set aside, one for each Water Jar.
When his deck runs out do all the Water Jar cards come back at once?
Or does he only return the first pile giving him a deck again, then he has to deck out to get the 2nd pile and so on...?

Put Lost Souls in play instead. When that deck has no cards, return those cards from set-aside to deck.
