So I think the rule is that you can have both the Purple and Teal Melchizedek in your deck, but not out in the field of play at the same time. I may be wrong on this, which if I am, that stops my next question. What about the Multi-colored Melchizedek which is both purple and teal? Could you have him in the same deck? my guess is no, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask

I'm pretty sure they all have the same art so they'd be considered the same card even with different brigades.

Browarod is correct. You cannot have any duplicates of Melchizedek in a 50-99 card deck.
