I have a lost soul in a silver site, my opponent RA's with King's Daughter.  I block with Job's Wife, is this now a battle challenge?  I believe it is, but I can no longer decline because I am already in battle or can I decline and get out of the battle?

Well, if your opponent wants to waste their enhancements for a battle challenge, you may lose, but a lot of players will save their enhancements for a different attack, unless King's Daughter is central to their offense.
