I attack with Miriam (4/4 Green, Ignore Gold Brigade). This means you cannot block with a Gold Evil Character (see point 1 above). So let's say you block with Abiram (5/7 Brown, no SA). Now I am losing, so I play Clemency of David (1/1, ignore Brown). Now I am ignoring you, so that means I am immune to you (see point 2 above), and I am defeating you (see point 4 above). You are also immune to me, but that doesn't matter, since I am defeating you. At this point in the battle, numbers no longer matter, and you can play as many enhancements as you like (since you are losing and it is always your initiative), but you can't use enhancements that would hurt Miriam. If the battle ends, I will win the LS, but neither character is discarded. Similar to immunity, the only way you can win the battle is to band to an Evil Character that isn't Brown, negate/interrupt my ignore ability, or use an outside card like Christian Martyr..
So if I am being ignored, I can still play an enhancement that doesn't hurt the ignorer and does not negate the ignore? So, for example, say that someone attacks me with miriam and I block with the twelve fingered giant. It's Miriam's initiative, so she plays a card that says that Miriam ignores black brigade. It is my imitative now, because I'm being ignored. Can I play an enhancement that doesn't directly negate the ignore ability? Like, could I play love of money, which allows the twelve fingered giant to play enhancements of any color, then play confusion to look through their deck and discard a card? I thought that you could only play enhancements that negate the ignore.
