Title: Miraculous Catch enhancement and Lost Soul question.

 Miraculous Catch purple hero enhancement SA: Draw 1 ( or if used by Peter , draw 3 and discard one of those). 


 What if a player , plays territory class enhancement catch on Peter and draws 3 cards , one of them being a Lost Soul card.

  1. Could the player still discard the Lost Soul card even though the rules say when you draw a Lost Soul card you must put it in play and replace it with another card?

No. The Lost Soul is put into play and you draw to replace it. Then you choose what card to discard.
