SWS and David's Music

If I exchange SWS with an opponent's evil character, and then later play David's Music, does SWS return to my draw pile? I know there's some distinction between holder/owner here, but it's a little fuzzy.

Seven Wicked Spirits

David's Music

Cards always go to owner's draw/discard piles.

Ah, sorry, I wasn't clear.

David's Music
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Green • Ability: 1 / 3 • Class: None • Special Ability: Interrupt the battle and shuffle opponent’s demons into draw pile. Cannot be interrupted. • Identifiers: OT, Connected with David, Involves Music • Verse: I Samuel 16:23 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Rare)

Is SWS considered my opponent's demon or my demon? It's my card, he controls it, I own it... that's where my confusion is.

Since SWS is in your opponent's territory, he is controlling it. Thus, it is considered his for the sake of David's Music (although it would be shuffled into your draw pile).

...It seems I'm about as official as you're going to get, but I couldn't be much more sure about this, if it makes a difference.

But yours=Ownership + Control. So Wouldn't HIS fall in the same catagory making it neither of yours?
