Cactus Game Design Message Boards

I'm playing Rescuer's Choice.  I have chosen a Lost Soul to rescue and all of the Lost Souls get shuffled by something(shuffler, Hormah, DoU, whatever...)  Can I use Harvest Time to continue the rescue attempt or is this battle locked in as a battle challenge?

It is a battle challenge.  They ruled it as such over a year ago.  When the card hits the deck, it resets, and is therefore not the soul you selected to rescue anymore.
