Does Nazereth match green brigade? Does Razor match green brigade?

Razor, I believe so. Nazareth, no. Sites can't have a brigade. Nazzy is considered a green card but not green brigade.

Are you sure? I thought they had brigades, but not "good" brigades. I'm fairly sure that access is defined based on site brigades.

Last I heard this was the case. I don't think you can discard Nazzy from hand with HT to save your Philemon from d/c.

According to this thread: http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/ruling-questions/did-i-make-the-right-call/ which was referenced in this thread: http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/ruling-questions/teal-site-solomon%27s-temple/ (which was the most recent relevant thread I could find) as correct you are allowed to discard a site to save a hero with Herod's Temple (however you cannot save a gold evil character with a gold site)

Interesting. Well, according to people I'm wrong. Good thing I'm not the only one here. :P

I forget the exact situation, but at either States or Regionals this past year, both Tim Maly and Kevin Shride agreed that in order for the brigade to match the alignment must match also.

The only reference to matching brigade in the rulebook as far as I know is that in order for a Hero to have access to a site, it must have a matching brigade to the site. As I said in the other thread, I would rule that sites are matching brigades for abilities that require them.

This is ultimately the problem with having a good gold and an evil gold brigade. Alignment would not normally be an issue, but because of gold it has to be.

Truth. If only the yellow brigades from the limited set didn't look so awful...we could've had one of them become Gold and the other stay with Yellow.

Right, because I remember Tim saying to me after reading King Ahab's ability that if it didn't have the "strength 4 or greater" qualifier then it would negate Nazareth because it says "green cards" and not "green brigade cards". I agree that the alignment should match.
