Could I use Samuel's Edict to negate Coliseum, or would SE be tossed straightaway?

From what I understand, it would be tossed before the SA can apply.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game

Thanks. I was hoping for the former but figured it was the latter.

I'd hardly leave Coliseum vulnerable to the #1 card I meant it to stop!
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
