Okay this lost soul says may set aside hero from each territory. Does that mean if i chose my opponents, I MUST also choose mine?

Originally, it was assumed that since it was a may ability, that: "You may set aside a Hero from each territory for two turns" meant "You may set aside a Hero from territory A, you may set aside from territory B, etc." That is, setting aside from each territory was its own separate ability.

However, it was realized that there is one ability, with multiple targets. So you either perform that one ability, or not.
