How is displayed? It says you can discard the last enhancement of opposite alignment play well Kinsman's agreement is both good and evil alignment so it should work on both right?

It counts as the allignment of the character you played it on. Also, it is actually Kinsmen's agreement. :)

To clarify further, Kinsmen's Agreement (once in territory) only counts as the alignment of the character you played it on initially. If you play it on an evil character then it's an evil enhancement in territory and can target good enhancements. If you played it on a hero then vice versa.
