when you draw three, you draw three, you don't draw one card three times. however, for lost souls, it makes sense for them to activate in the order they were drawn.on a side note, can the site recur lost soul be placed in an unoccupied site other than the one you search for?

I could see there being a problem with the Site Recur LS and the Site Remove LS as to which activates first. (Depending on what placing a LS in territory means, it might not be an issue.)
So, does changing location from a site to general LoB count as placing in territory?
