Herod's Treachery- Place on a Herod. That Herod may use evil Enhancements regardless of brigade. You may discard this card to force X Heroes to withdraw from battle.

1) If I place this on my Herod the turn before my opponent attacks, can it be negated by a FBN hero or negate enhancement?

2) If I have a warrior class evil character holding a weapon class enhancement, is that considered part of the Evil Character? A) Will it stay on him if he is captured? B) IS it negated by (John, Daniel (if it's NT))?

1. Herod's Treachery's special ability can be negated by anything that negates evil enhancements. Only the placing is CBN, the rest of the ability is not protected.

2. A) Weapons behave like placed cards when the character moves to a different location. If a warrior with a weapon is captured, the weapon is discarded. B) Weapons are still enhancements when wielded by a warrior so something that negates an evil character does NOT negate a weapon carried by that character.

2. A. it is discarded if he is captured. B. John does not negate it. Daniel only negates it if it is NT.
