Does the priests version of Protection of Angels enhancement protect all heroes in play from evil cards? or just in holder's territory?

SA: Interrupt the battle and protect all heroes in play and set aside areas from evil cards until end of turn.

It does just as it says, protects all in play and set aside (no matter who controls them or where they are, as long as they are in play or set-aside).

Protection also targets set-aside.
