When it's not your turn?

Dear All:

I have been curious about this for a while.

What kinds of things can you do while it is another player's turn?

For instance, PLAY A DOMINANT is an obvious one.

Then, there are things like DISCARD Gam's Speech to negate an enhancement. This seems to be an "instant" effect kind of thing.

And, then there are artifacts, like Holy Grail -- can you activate/use Holy Grail while it is someone else's turn?

And, what about the new one - Covenant of Prayer - can you banish that and use its ability on someone else's turn?

I guess what I would like to see is a defining list of things you can do while it is someone else's turn.

Thank you

Music Leader and Mark of the beast are great cards that you can use/activate on your opponent's turn

Peter (EC) can be used at any time.
Seven Years of Famine Activates on each player's upkeep
The new slayers glee can be used at any time.
Magic charms can be used whenever a hero is in battle.

... and many more. it would take awhile to find them all and list them here. BUT! There is Lackey! ;D

Also, Cov of Prayer only activates on your turn.  ;)
Some call me "Goofus"
