Title: Link to new deck construction rules please?

I did not even know these had been changed recently until someone told me.  Thanks for your help.

The only changes affect T2, and there are really only two: the max number of any card is now four (down from five for single color characters, enh, and no-sa sites) and cards with two brigades are now two per deck instead of one. I can't easily do a link on my phone, but Gabe made the thread a stickyon this forum.

Thanks.  Those are the two that I knew about.  What I did not know was if they now allow one multi-color per 50 in Type 1 (as opposed to 1 per deck regardless of size), which apparently they still do not allow.

Correct. There were no change made to t1 deck building rules.
