opponent attacks with blue hero, I block with leviathan with coliseum up. opponent tosses anthropopobia then tosses their leviathan to kill my leviathan. do I get SI to negate my own coliseum? if I do, what happens to anthropopobia and leviathan? can anthropopobia choose a target?

leviathan-13/13 animal or 12/-5 blue CBN enhancement
anthropopobia-3/2 topdeck an evil card CBN by an animal
coliseum-toss all CBN enhancements

does the ability on the tossed enhancements activate? if so, do you get to choose a target for anthro?

No, returning Anthro to it's previous location puts it in your hand. If you have initiative you can play it using the SA if the ability that tossed it is still negated.
