Why is Solomon in the list and not Saul or David? 

Why is Herod Agrippa II in the list and not other Herods?
Is he protected by Gates of Jerusalem?

So what is the correct list?

Also, King David should be on the list.  He was actually just king of Judah for the two years of "civil war" between the two kingdoms.

2 Samuel 2:4
4 Then the men of Judah came to David and crowned him king over the people of Judah.

2 Samuel 2:8-11
Ishbosheth Crowned King of Israel
