1. What happens with the punisher soul and moses, is it about who is out first?

2. In a teams game, can your use throne of grace to discard an enhancement for your teammates  battle?

1. Basically, yes. 

2. No.  Throne of Grace only lets you discard for your own heroes.  Since heroes your opponent teammate controls can never be "your" heroes (by ownership and control), you will never have an opportunity to use TToG on your Teams partner's behalf. 

If you taking to me no. But you could Share it for your separate battle right?

Did you mean to say "teammate controls"?
