Why are there 2 King Jehoahaz's?

I'm assuming they're different people due to having different identifiers, but can someone confirm that?

One King Jehoahaz was a King over Judah (the southern kingdom after the split following the death of Solomon), the other was a King in Israel (northern kingdom after said split).

The 2kings 13 reference is from Judah and the other is from Israel.
And the Lord will descend with a SHOUT, with the VOICE of the Archangel, and the TRUMPET of God.
