Alright, I wouldn't start a new topic, but, the computer said this topic is over "120 days old, start a new topic if you want a reply" or something like that.

King Rehoboam - Crimson - Judea King - 1 Kings 12:1 - Select any two heroes in territory to fight each other.  Losers are placed beneath owner's draw pile(s).

Questions:
1.  When an opponent takes their hero and attempts rescue against my evil character, are they taking their hero into my territory since I am defending?
2.  When they are out of cards, does it just give them one card to draw next turn?
3.  All enhancements that say EC on the enhancement do not work since it is a hero fighting a hero, correct?

4.  Unrelated: All interrupts and negates require initiative in battle to use, correct?

1. No. They are bringing their hero into the Field of Battle, which is not in anyone's territory.
2. I don't understand this question.
3. Correct. The SAs must target heroes or humans (for example) to target the opposing hero in the side battle. A card that targets any EC in play (or Field of Battle) could still target Rehoboam, though.
4. Correct. However, a "negate all" character/enhancement that enters a side battle negates abilities in the entire Field of Battle, including Rehoboam's.

For #2, if you are asking whether you can place a hero under a deck with no cards in it, then yes, that hero will then become the only card in that deck, which will be drawn next turn.
Use the Mad Bomber to rescue his Province.
