I RA with King Amaziah and I choose my own Evil King of Israel to Block. Can my opponent play enhancements on the Evil king?

King Amaziah

SA: Once per game, you may choose an evil King of Israel to Block. If King Amaziah is Captured you add your OT hero to Battle.

Yes. If brigade colors match and you can play one legally. May I ask why you wondered this?

Since It is my EC I wasnt sure if my opponent could legally play enhancements on that character.

Yes. In fact, Lurking came out as an anti-CtB card back when CtB was one of the more popular archetypes.
