Two.
To expound, King Abijam has one good brigade and one evil brigade so he's considered a dual-brigade card. Those types of cards are limited to 2 in a T2 deck.

Related question:
If King Abijam enters as an EC and is converted with Grail or Repentance, then is he purple or another color?
(I remember at some point that Paul gained all of his colors upon conversion and wondered if Abijam reacted the same)
Also, does he gain his good card attribute upon conversion?

He can be converted to any color. Saul has an identifier that says when he is converted, he becomes Paul, no matter how his conversion takes place. Abijam doesn't.
He doesn't have a "good" or "evil" attribute, all of his ability is active all the time. However, the bit about site stealing depends on him making a successful rescue (which he can only do as a Hero of course) and the decrease only works if he is blocking (i.e. he is an EC).

So you can have a Blue Abijam that negates and steals sites. One important thing to note, however, is that if he is converted from an original Hero state to an EC state (via Corrupted, etc.) none of his SA works, just like any other converted Hero.

Thanks for the answer and the interesting note.  I would not have known that and assumed the EC part would work since he would be blocking.
