With the new Kindness can you still have 4 in a deck? Does the dual color supercede the single color? I saw a deck with 2 TEC and 2 Di making the total 4, but with the dual color rule you can only have 2. Is that a legal deck and what's the ruling?

I am fairly certain that is legal. You can have up to 4 Kindness in your deck and no more than 2 of them can be TEC version.
