Whoever is editing the wiki has listed it there, though it was already listed as a Spiritual Gift (which the Fruits also are) even though the exact verse is not from a section that refers to the Gifts.  This is supported with the definition found in the REG:

Spiritual Gifts in the Bible
An enhancement is considered a spiritual gift if it represents one of the gifts of the Spirit listed in the Bible. Spiritual gifts can be found in Romans 12. The following are recorded: prophesying (v. 6), serving (v. 7), teaching (v. 7), encouraging (v. , giving (v. , leadership (v. , and mercy (v. . I Corinthians 12 specifies the following as spiritual gifts: message of wisdom (v. , message of knowledge (v. , special faith (v. 9), power to heal the sick (v. 9), ability to perform miracles (v. 10), prophecy (v. 10), discernment (v. 10), and foreign tongues (v. 10). Emphasis mine.  Based on those definitions, and that is it those that 'represent' the gift, I would say that there is a great case that all versions of Kindness count as Fruits of the Spirit, if they follow the same definition as Spiritual Gifts.  I would also argue that, just as cards like Meekness of Isaac can be listed as Spiritual Gifts, cards like Kindness of Boaz can be listed as Fruits of the Spirit.

Therefore, we either need a definitive Fruits entry or to allow the same type of expansion to them.

What is a fruit of the spirit enhancement anyway?

The Fruits of the Spirit are from the New Testament, and are what comes of a life lived in the Spirit instead of for the flesh:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

It is important in game terms because the new dominant The Holy Spirit can search them out, and there were several printed in Phase 1 of The Early Church (Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, and Gentleness).
