Magic Charms

Hi!
So can magic charms be used by the player that does not own it?
example: I have MJ on Chaldean, my opponent bands to my Chaldean and tries to use MJ.
Does my opponent get to use magic charms, or is that aganst the rules since Magic Charms says "your multi-colored magician" on it.

Main question is does "your" mean that it has to be in your control AND it has to origanate from your deck.

Thank you

God Bless!

You must both own and control the magician to use magic charms, so no you cannot use a magic charms on a magician that belongs to your opponent.
The user formerly known as Easty.
