I am Healing vs Discarded Heroes

does i am healing work the same way as brass serpent, as it can heal heroes that have been discarded at any time during the turn, even ones before i am healing was activated?

Type: Covenant • Brigade: Yellow • Ability: 0 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Holder may heal all of holder's Heroes in play. May be used twice. • Identifiers: OT • Verse: Exodus 15:26 • Availability: Angel Wars booster packs (Common)
