Iron Panvs Lost Souls with "protect" abilities

When lost souls like NT only, Woman, */4 or greater limit who/what can target them, is that considered a protect ability?

If so, does that mean iron pan negates them?

Correct, I believe those are not "protect" abilities.

The Lost Souls you've mentioned are protect abilities, therefore they are negated by Iron Pan.
