Jerusalem Tower: No opponent may remove a card from holders draw pile...D.P. may be searched and shuffeled...If Pagan Sacrifices : Place in an opponent's territory. During opponent's up keep phase, he must discard the top card of own D.P. If it is a lost soul put it in play and discard P.S...If P.S. was played first does J.T.take effect over P.S.Or How about Oppressed and Robbed Played as a curse: While your H.E.C. is blocking abilities that discard cards from D.P.'s cannot be negated...What if it is played first???? Thanks Please Help

I don't understand the question...

But you CAN'T under any circumstance discard a card from somoen's draw pile if they have JT without a dang good reason(my way of saying "unless otherwise stated").

1.) Jerusalem Tower would not stop Pagan Sacrifices since the opponent is not removing the card.
2.) JT has a "Play As" in the REG:

Play As: All opponents are prevented from removing cards from holder’s draw pile. Draw pile may still be searched, revealed, and/or shuffled.

Since JT is a prevent and Oppressed and Robbed cannot be negated (therefore cannot be prevented), Oppressed and Robbed cannot be stopped by JT.

Actually, since the opponent played the card, that's not the reason Pagan Sacrifices doesn't work.  It works because it was activated on a previous turn, and therefore can no longer be negated.  See also:

Since JT is a prevent and Oppressed and Robbed cannot be negated (therefore cannot be prevented), Oppressed and Robbed cannot be stopped by JT.

only if it's played first. or if you have Oppressed and Robbed up. at least, that's what I understood (as I'm listening to I am Understood... weird.)

Yeah but it all balances out since none of the anti-ignore cards available to the Egyptians (including the anti-ignore Lost Soul) can stop Journey to Egypt from completely killing your defense.
