Jericho vs. Three Woes

If I have Jericho out, does it protect my territory class Evil Character from good Three Woes or does Three Woes still stop the character because it is both interrupt and prevent? This also assumes my opponent has a cloud hero.

CBP only stops abilities from being prevented or negate BEFORE they are played. Three Woes would negate a character in territory, but when it is replayed (enters battle, returns to territory, or played from hand after being bounced) the CBP would stop Woes from negating it.

Three Woes reactivates each upkeep though so would it just re-negate it (if chosen again)? Or would they have to bounce Three Woes to be able to get the one character?

Could Three Woes be switched to another card, then go back to the character and successfully negate it?

If the character is TC, they can keep re-targeting it with Woes in each of their upkeeps. Because the character was played before Woes tried to negate it, the CBP doesn't help.

If the Woes target enters battle (TC or not), Woes doesn't prevent it because that counts as replaying the character. It also counts as replaying the character when it returns to territory.

Basically, Jericho stops Woes from preventing any character that needs to enter battle (as long as the opponent meets the condition for Jericho). But TC characters need to enter battle each turn to "regain" the CBP so they work until the opponent's next upkeep.

If you want to know how it impacts a specific character and the above doesn't help, you can PM me if you don't want to ask publicly.

I don't have a specific character because I'm thinking of many TC characters. I was asking because I was trying to find ways to not have my TC characters stopped by Moses just sitting in territory and I found Jericho to which I was then thinking of if there were any easy ways for my opponent to stop the Jericho. Which the answer is actually just to target Jericho with Woes so Moses works.

Because the "cannot be prevented" granted by Jericho is a modifier, negating Jericho doesn't negate that part of the ability.

Jericho can help against characters that sit in your territory but played AFTER Moses, which is a problem if the opponent is using Moses to rescue with. The best way to get around Moses might be to negate Moses with your own Woes, Golden Calf, Distressed LS (if you get it out before Moses), etc.
